Account termination; Limits

Your obligations; Declarations and guarantees
You are responsible for ensuring that your website complies with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws.

Backups. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your website, all of your user content, and any data or information sent or received using the website services.

User Content and Website Content. For all website services, your user content includes all registered domain names provided by you or registered on your behalf as part of the services. Kenotronix relies on your statement regarding your proper use of all content on any website that you create or control.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, title and interest in User Content, or have the necessary rights and consents to enable the sending or receipt of User Content using the services of the Website.

All content you upload to websites and marketing services may be immediately available. User content can be cached for up to one year, and removing user content from websites and marketing services does not remove cached versions of the content.

By uploading content for your website, you grant Kenotronix an unlimited license to use the content for the purpose of providing the website services and displaying screenshots of any website created using the website. builder or our marketing department, in marketing materials or in any other manner determined by Kenotronix in its sole and absolute discretion.

Storage and security. You are responsible for the maintenance of your website and all content on your website. PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO THE WEBSITE BUILDER

The service does not support all local languages. If a local language is not supported, the service will default to English only. To the extent that the Services are used in a local language (other than English), some functionality or functionality of the Service may be limited.

Kenotronix provides support within the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, and will respond to any written requests within one business day for the Website builder service.

PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO THE WEBSITE BUILDER

Integration with the hosting platform. PRE-SHOP AND APPOINTMENT SERVICES

Product catalog. Payment and taxes of the end customer. You are responsible for collecting and managing all payments from end customers. Likewise, you are responsible for paying all applicable provincial, federal or international taxes on the products you sell using the Services. It is your responsibility to read, enter into and accept all end user license agreements required for the use of the selected payment methods and tax options. Kenotronix is not responsible for the accuracy of the information obtained through the payment method and tax options. You are responsible for all additional taxes and duties imposed on the transaction. You may be subject to foreign tax obligations by selling to buyers. You are solely responsible for complying with all domestic and foreign tax, shipping and export laws in connection with the sale of your items to international buyers.

THIRD PARTY IMAGES AND SOFTWARE

Definitions and scope. As part of Website builder other related services, you may be authorized to use certain (i) photographs, illustrations or other images (“Images”) and / or (ii) software, widgets or other applications (“Software”) developed, owned or licensed by a third party. Your use of such images and software may be subject to additional terms.

If the images and software are accompanied by or require a license agreement from the third-party vendor, your use of the images and software is subject to that license agreement, in addition to (and not in lieu of) this services agreement.

You will indemnify, defend and hold Kenotronix harmless against any and all claims imposed or incurred by Kenotronix arising directly or indirectly from your use or misuse of any third party images and software. Third party image and software vendors are third party beneficiaries of this service agreement for the purpose of asserting their rights under this service agreement.

Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to Images and Software. The third-party providers listed in this section make no representations or warranties regarding the images or software offered in connection with the services, and expressly disclaim any liability or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising from the use of the images or Software. .

You are responsible for managing and maintaining in good standing any paid subscription and / or account required with a third party provider. You must cancel or terminate your paid subscription and / or your account with the relevant third party provider and not Kenotronix.
